- Mapiritsi atatu a oregano atsopano
- Mapesi atatu a thyme watsopano
- Mchere ndi tsabola kuti mulawe
KUKONZEKERETSA
Mu casserole yayikulu, perekani mafuta, onjezerani anyezi, kaloti ndi tsabola ndipo mwachangu kwa mphindi pafupifupi 6; ndiye kolifulawa, oregano, thyme, mchere ndi tsabola zimawonjezedwa ndipo mwachangu kwa mphindi 2; onjezerani viniga ndi kuwiritsa kwa mphindi zisanu. Ngati ndi acidic, onjezerani madzi pang'ono ndi kuwira.
