  • ½ chikho mafuta chimanga
  • 1 anyezi wamkulu, wodulidwa pang'ono
  • 4 tomato, osenda ndi odulidwa
  • Tsabola 6 wonse wa jalapeno kapena tsabola zisanu ndi chimodzi za guajillo
  • 50 magalamu a achiote osungunuka mu msuzi pang'ono pomwe iguana idaphikidwa
  • Mchere kuti ulawe

KUKONZEKERETSA

Iguana imatsegulidwa pakati pamimba, matumbo ake ndi misomali imachotsedwa ndipo imatsukidwa bwino mkati ndi kunja. Amagawika mzidutswa ndipo amaphika ndi anyezi ndi zitsamba zonunkhira mpaka zofewa, pafupifupi ola limodzi. Imatsuka bwino kwambiri. Mu mafuta, onjezerani anyezi, onjezerani phwetekere, tsabola wonse, achiote ndi mchere kuti mulawe. Lolani nyengo yake kwa mphindi zochepa ndikuwonjezera zidutswa za iguana.
