- 4 tomato odulidwa, wodulidwa ndi kutsuka
KUKONZEKERETSA
Bowa limatsukidwa bwino ndikuphika ndi madzi, mchere ndi clove ya adyo kwa mphindi 20. Amachotsedwa, kukhetsedwa ndikudulidwa. Nyengo ya anyezi, adyo ndi tsabola m'mafuta, onjezerani bowa, perekani kwa mphindi 5 ndikuwonjezera phwetekere ndi mchere kuti mulawe, lolani zonse ziphike mpaka phwetekere ili bwino ndikukolola.
